Like all good stories, this one starts with our family wanting to make something of ourselves by making something better for you. We’ve been proud innovators since our inception, thanks to a relatively small batch of seed potatoes and a drive to keep moving forward in the pursuit of potato perfection. The harvesting, distributing, and packaging techniques we’ve developed have created smarter practices that extend far beyond today’s industry standards.

It’s hard to think of growing potatoes in terms of success and failure, but we spend every waking moment in our fields and facilities testing out new ways to be better than we were the day before. We see ourselves in this world as agitators, not spectators (puns absolutely intended). Because we believe there’s a way you could do things and there’s the way you should do things. To us, that means trying something smarter every day to make our potatoes better. And that’s the only way we’d dream of doing it.
